FINALLY A SETTLEMENT !!! This Summer a court ordered settlement conference was held between the owners of Miss KAY-NEIN and Skipperliner. This is common practice since a lawsuit filed by Steve and Pam Jones was finally coming close to trial. The settlement amount , while not what we would have hoped was at least something after all we have done to fix or remediate the construction and design issues of the boat. Skipperliner’s own expert is quoted in his sworn deposition as saying the Air Conditioning system was a “disaster”. In the weeks ahead we will start to post the transcripts of the Skipperliner employees and their own testimony as to what was wrong with our boat.
